General Settings

Overview​

The General Settings screen allows you to manage language and core Senifone preferences.

To open General Settings:

  1. Open Settings from the Home screen.
  2. Tap General.

Change language​

  1. Open General Settings.
  2. Tap Choose your language.
  3. Select your preferred language.

The interface updates automatically.

Senifone information​

View device information such as:

  • Version
  • Support PIN
  • IMEI
  • Storage

Check updates​

  1. Open General Settings.
  2. Tap Check Updates.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions if an update is available.

Companion​

The Companion feature connects your device to the Companion App.

To open Companion:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap General.
  3. Tap Companion.

View device status​

  1. Open Companion.
  2. Check the Device linked status.

Use the support PIN​

  1. Open Companion.
  2. Locate the Support PIN.
  3. Enter the PIN in the Companion App on another device.

Manage linked email addresses​

  1. Open Companion.
  2. Scroll to Linked emails.
  3. Review the listed accounts.

To remove access:

  1. Tap the Remove icon next to an email.

Factory Reset Launcher​

This function restores all Launcher settings to default.

Reset Launcher​

Reset the device settings of the launcher and keep personal data.

Factory settings​

The factory settings of Senifone will be restored and all data will be deleted.
