Common issues and quick solutions are listed below.


Can't find the update

Try refreshing first. If it still does not appear:

  1. Tap All apps.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Tap System.
  4. Open Updater.
  5. Tap Check for updates.

Can't download certain apps

  1. Tap All apps.
  2. Open Google Play Store.
  3. Search for the app you want to install.

Can't make calls

Make sure your SIM is working correctly:

  1. Confirm your SIM card is inserted and active.

Check SIM settings:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap Network & InternetSIMs.
  3. Select your provider.
  4. Turn on Use SIM.

Can't receive calls

  1. Confirm your SIM card is inserted and active.
  2. Turn off Do Not Disturb:
    • Swipe down from the Home screen to open Quick Settings.
    • Tap the Do Not Disturb icon (4th icon).
  3. Test incoming calls from different numbers.
  4. Check if the number is blocked by mistake.

If the problem persists, please contact support.


The sound is crackling or unclear during calls

  • Turn on VoWiFi (Wi-Fi calling).
  • Enable Calling via Internet.
  • Make sure your device is updated (Android 13 or newer).

Phone is slow

Make sure your device is up to date:

  1. Tap All apps.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Tap System.
  4. Open Updater.
  5. Tap Check for updates.
  6. Download and install the latest update.

Phone doesn't turn on

Try a soft reset:

  1. Press and hold the Power button and Volume Down for 10–15 seconds.
  2. When boot mode appears, press the Power button again to restart.

Don't want to use the power button?

Enable Tap to wake:

  1. Tap All apps.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Tap Display.
  4. Turn on Tap to wake.

Tap to wake is too slow

Adjust the response speed:

  1. Tap All apps.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Tap Accessibility.
  4. Select Timing controls.
  5. Adjust Touch & hold delay.

Want to use Google Assistant?

  1. Install Gemini.
  2. Update the Google app.
  3. Press and hold the Home button.
  4. Start giving voice commands.

Want to customize the Home screen?

You can customize the Home screen to make important apps and actions easier to access.


Change tile layout

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap Customize Home.
  3. Adjust settings:
    • Set text size. Custom allows a personalized size.
    • Set app tile size.
    • Enable or disable the Action Button.
    • Choose the Action Button function.
    • Select the time format.

Rearrange tiles

  1. Press and hold a tile.
  2. Tap Rearrange.
  3. Drag it to a new position.
  4. Release to place it.

Add a tile

  1. Swipe up to open Apps.
  2. Press and hold an app.
  3. Tap Add to Home Screen.

Remove a tile

  1. Press and hold the tile.
  2. Tap Remove from home.

This removes the tile from the Home screen only.


Change wallpaper

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap Wallpaper and style.
  3. Tap Change wallpaper.
  4. Choose an image.
  5. Tap the check mark.

Need to transfer your data from iPhone?

On your iPhone

  • Add your Google account in Settings and enable contact sync.
  • Install Google Photos and back up your photos.
  • Set up WhatsApp backup using Google Drive (not iCloud).

On your Senifone

  • Sign in with the same Google account.
  • Contacts will sync automatically.
  • Install Google Photos to access your pictures.
  • Install WhatsApp and restore backup from Google Drive.

Tip: If you don’t have a Google account, add one in iPhone Settings and transfer data from iCloud.


Senifone isn't charging

  1. Try a different cable, adapter, or power socket.
  2. Check if the charging port is clean.
  3. Reconnect the device.
