Common issues and quick solutions are listed below.
Can't find the update
Try refreshing first. If it still does not appear:
- Tap All apps.
- Open Settings.
- Tap System.
- Open Updater.
- Tap Check for updates.
Can't download certain apps
- Tap All apps.
- Open Google Play Store.
- Search for the app you want to install.
Can't make calls
Make sure your SIM is working correctly:
- Confirm your SIM card is inserted and active.
Check SIM settings:
- Open Settings.
- Tap Network & Internet → SIMs.
- Select your provider.
- Turn on Use SIM.
Can't receive calls
- Confirm your SIM card is inserted and active.
- Turn off Do Not Disturb:
- Swipe down from the Home screen to open Quick Settings.
- Tap the Do Not Disturb icon (4th icon).
- Test incoming calls from different numbers.
- Check if the number is blocked by mistake.
If the problem persists, please contact support.
The sound is crackling or unclear during calls
- Turn on VoWiFi (Wi-Fi calling).
- Enable Calling via Internet.
- Make sure your device is updated (Android 13 or newer).
Phone is slow
Make sure your device is up to date:
- Tap All apps.
- Open Settings.
- Tap System.
- Open Updater.
- Tap Check for updates.
- Download and install the latest update.
Phone doesn't turn on
Try a soft reset:
- Press and hold the Power button and Volume Down for 10–15 seconds.
- When boot mode appears, press the Power button again to restart.
Don't want to use the power button?
Enable Tap to wake:
- Tap All apps.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Display.
- Turn on Tap to wake.
Tap to wake is too slow
Adjust the response speed:
- Tap All apps.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Accessibility.
- Select Timing controls.
- Adjust Touch & hold delay.
Want to use Google Assistant?
- Install Gemini.
- Update the Google app.
- Press and hold the Home button.
- Start giving voice commands.
Want to customize the Home screen?
You can customize the Home screen to make important apps and actions easier to access.
Change tile layout
- Open Settings.
- Tap Customize Home.
- Adjust settings:
- Set text size. Custom allows a personalized size.
- Set app tile size.
- Enable or disable the Action Button.
- Choose the Action Button function.
- Select the time format.
Rearrange tiles
- Press and hold a tile.
- Tap Rearrange.
- Drag it to a new position.
- Release to place it.
Add a tile
- Swipe up to open Apps.
- Press and hold an app.
- Tap Add to Home Screen.
Remove a tile
- Press and hold the tile.
- Tap Remove from home.
This removes the tile from the Home screen only.
Change wallpaper
- Open Settings.
- Tap Wallpaper and style.
- Tap Change wallpaper.
- Choose an image.
- Tap the check mark.
Need to transfer your data from iPhone?
On your iPhone
- Add your Google account in Settings and enable contact sync.
- Install Google Photos and back up your photos.
- Set up WhatsApp backup using Google Drive (not iCloud).
On your Senifone
- Sign in with the same Google account.
- Contacts will sync automatically.
- Install Google Photos to access your pictures.
- Install WhatsApp and restore backup from Google Drive.
Tip: If you don’t have a Google account, add one in iPhone Settings and transfer data from iCloud.
Senifone isn't charging
- Try a different cable, adapter, or power socket.
- Check if the charging port is clean.
- Reconnect the device.
