The Need Help section gives you quick access to support, help guides, and feedback options.

Open Need Help​

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap Need Help.

Contact support​

  1. Tap Contact Support.
  2. Choose a contact method:
    • Phone
    • Email
    • Companion App support
  3. Follow the instructions shown on the screen.

View help guides​

  1. Tap Help Guides.
  2. Select the topic you need help with.
  3. Follow the step-by-step instructions.

Send feedback​

  1. Tap Send Feedback.
  2. Describe the issue or suggestion.
  3. Tap Submit.
