Companion App

Overview​

The Companion screen lets you connect your Senifone to the Senifone Companion App on another device.

To open Companion, go to Settings -> General -> Companion.

View device status​

  1. Open Companion.
  2. Check the Device linked status.

If the device is linked, the Companion App is connected successfully.

Use the support PIN​

  1. Open Companion.
  2. Find the Support PIN on the screen.
  3. Enter that PIN in the Companion App on the other device.

Manage linked email addresses​

  1. Open Companion.
  2. Scroll to Linked emails.
  3. Review the accounts that can manage the device.

To remove access, tap the remove icon next to an email address.
