Medical ID

Overview​

Medical ID stores important health information that can be viewed quickly during an emergency, even when the phone is locked.

Open Medical ID​

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap Medical ID.
  3. Tap Edit medical information.

Add medical information​

You can store details such as:

  • Full name
  • Date of birth
  • Blood type
  • Allergies
  • Medical conditions
  • Current medications
  • Emergency contact
  1. Tap the field you want to edit.
  2. Enter the information.
  3. Tap Save.

Add an emergency contact​

  1. Tap Add emergency contact.
  2. Choose a contact.
  3. Tap Save.

Access Medical ID from the lock screen​

  1. Wake the phone screen.
  2. Tap Emergency on the lock screen.
  3. Tap Medical ID.
